MMEX Trans Permian Project

Low Carbon Natural Gas Power Generation – Permian Basin, TX

570 MW Clean Energy | Data Center-Ready Infrastructure | Future Hydrogen Integration

Project Overview

MMEX Resources is developing a clean energy infrastructure project in Pecos County, Texas, focused on low-carbon natural gas power generation with data center-ready connectivity. Phase 1 will generate 570 MW using high-efficiency gas turbines with combined cycle (CCPP) technology, with commercial operations targeted within 15 to 24 months from Final Investment Decision (FID), depending on equipment availability. The project is supported by owned land and water resources, fiber optic infrastructure, and an expedited permitting process. A future Phase 2 expansion is planned to bring total capacity to 640 MW, with up to 75% hydrogen fuel integration and additional export power to ERCOT Far West.
