MMEX Management - Jack Hanks

Jack Hanks

MMEX Director, CEO and President

Jack Hanks founded MMEX’s predecessor, Maple Resources Corp in 1989 to invest in O&G related assets in the US. Through 1992, Maple completed several acquisitions, including transactions relating to O&G production interests, gas gathering, processing and transmission systems, and gas processing plants. In 1992, Jack sold substantially all of its existing US-based assets and began to pursue energy projects on an international basis, including O&G opportunities and electric power projects in Peru. Maple Resources sold its interests in Peru and focused on developing the MMEX West Texas clean energy projects in the Permian Basin, Pecos County, TX starting in 2017. From 2017 to the present, MMEX has been developing a clean fuel refinery with carbon capture and a natural gas-to-power project with carbon capture.
